Flexible cancellation policy
For your peace of mind when making a booking we will pass on a full refund for the cancellation of your booking due to COVID-related travel restrictions, border closers, or lockdowns, regardless of standard terms and conditions. Should such a scenario arise please notify us as soon as possible via email (in such scenarios email is best due to the volume received) stating your booking number and reason.
For our websites, Queensland Bookings has used information supplied by the operators providing the various goods and/or services. In supplying information to you, Queensland Bookings is acting as the agent of such Operators. Irrespective of any measures taken by Queensland Bookings to ensure the information contained in these websites are accurate at the time of publication, Queensland Bookings disclaims and will be exempt from liability in respect of anything misleading, false, incomplete or inaccurate and any errors, misdescription and all associated disappointment, loss, expense, damage, inconvenience, delay, death, shock, illness or injury, however caused.
Queensland Bookings disclaims and will be exempt from liability for anything to do with the supply of such Products. This includes liability (whether as a matter of contract, tort, stature, restitution, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, liability, claim, cost, expense, proceeding, demand, penalty, disappointment, death, injury, withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide a Product, delay, any variation in the Product, the provision of substitute Products or a change in the Operator.

Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian dollars. Services may or may not include a GST component. Unless indicated otherwise, prices do not include transport from your homeport to holiday destination and return, items of a personal nature, meals, transfers and existing or proposed taxes and government charges.
Any amendment to your booking is subject to the approval of the relevant Operator.
We do not charge fees for amendments but fees may be applicable if the operator in question does charge amendment fees.
We do not charge booking fees but some fees may be passed on if the operator of the product/tour you are purchasing does charge fees.
We do not charge cancellation fees, however we will pass on any fees that the relevant operator may charge if you cancel your book earlier than expected, for whatever reason.
Queensland Bookings is not reasponsible for the cancellation of a tour/product by an operator. We cannot be held liable for any loss as the result of a cancellation, such as travel costs, accommodation bookings etc.
Refunds must be issued to the card initially charged.
Please notify us via email as soon as possible if your tour has been cancelled and you are due a refund. When doing so please quote the booking reference and cancellation reason.
We are not reasponsible for refunds where payment was made direct to the operator.
Generally deposits are non-refundable.
Bookings and reservations are not confirmed until paid in full.
Unpaid reserved bookings may be void without notice if payment is not recived within the notice period, or the product becomes unavailable, for example due to other bookings.
It is strongly advised to take out travel insurance.
